The experience was designed to grow brand awareness of Club Med’s all-inclusive holiday offerings across their wide range of sun resorts. We needed to gain customer loyalty through face-to-face interaction and gain new customers throughout the day.
We designed the Pop-Up Travel Agency, where customers could discuss and book their summer holidays with the Travel Designers, a team of travel experts who could lead customers through Club Med’s signature in-resort experiences. The Travel Designs helped to build the perfect getaway, as well as consult customers on their existing summer holiday bookings. For one day only, customers could gain an exclusive in-store discount of up to 15%, including popular Club Med destinations such as Marbella, Punta Cana and the Seychelles.
To attract customers to the space, we created a spin-the-wheel game where customers had a chance to win one of three free Club Med holidays (long and short-haul) as well as limited edition art and memorabilia. Each section of the wheel was linked to a postcard relating to the prizes, with the postcards being dropped into a post box for the chance to win.
